You can browse our collection or locate the product you specifically like by the following:
Category Navigation
Using the menu bar at the top of the screen to navigate to the category you wish, such as Men’s or Women’s for example. You can then use the left hand navigation to locate a particular category, such as ‘Casual Shoes’. Once in the 'Casual Shoes' category, you can view the full collection of Casual Shoes’. If you wish to refine the selection of casual shoes, you can use Sort By to list by price. You can also use Refine By to refine the selection by both size and by colour.
Search Functionality
Another useful way to search for products is by using our Search bar at the top right of the screen. You can search via product name, or category. Again, you can refine the results to sort by price or to display certain sizes or colours.
Q. How do I place an order?
Once you have found the item you would like to buy, select the size, colour and quantity and then just click the Add to Basket button.
You’ll see the item has been added to your basket. If you wish to view the products in your shopping basket, you can either click on View Shopping Basket on the dropdown summary box that appears in the top right hand corner, or click on Shopping Basket which always remains at the top right hand corner of the screen.
Once you have finished shopping, click on Shopping Basket at the top of the screen. If you have a promotion code, please enter this where prompted. Then click Checkout and follow the on-screen instructions.
Once you have completed your delivery and credit/debit card details, your transaction will be processed completely securely. You will then receive an order confirmation email at your registered email address.
Q. How do I view other product colours?
To view an item in its different colours, simply click on the colour swatch shown to the right of the colour drop-down. The appropriate colour product will then show in the main box. Alternatively, click on the colour drop down to reveal the colour options, select the preferred colour and again, the appropriate colour product will appear.
To view the alternative images, simply click on the image sitting below the main/large image and this will then appear in the main box.
Q. How do I zoom in to see the detail of a product?
To zoom into a product simply hover the mouse over the image in the large box – you’ll see the zoom or close up of the product appear on the right hand side of your screen.
Alternatively, with one simple click on the image, you can see an enlarged view of that image.
You can only zoom in on the image that sits in the larger of the boxes, so if you’d like to zoom in on an image that is sitting in a box underneath the main image, simply click on the desired image and that image will then show in the main box. You can then simply do as detailed above to zoom in on this new image.
Q. Is the product colour exactly the same in real life?
Every care has been taken to ensure the colours shown on the website and in our catalogues are an extremely close representation of the items. In some instances, there may be a very slight variation in colour. Similarly, every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our products are correct. If any details are incorrect or if the colour of the item isn’t as you’d thought from the website, we will be happy to provide an exchange or refund for this item.
Q. When am I charged for my order?
We only charge for your order once the item you have ordered has been picked and is about to be despatched to you.

We charge everything in UK pounds and our International Delivery service is only available to credit card holders. Postage will be charged according to weight and destination. For more information about prices, please refer to the information on our Delivery section.
Customers in the European Union have the right under law to withdraw from the purchase of any item within 7 working days. This period starts the day after the item is received by you. Q. If I need to add something to my order or change it can I do this?
It’s fine to change your order – simply call us on 0844 561 0991 and a member of our Customer Services team will do this for you. If the order has all ready been despatched you will need to place a new order
Q. What happens if the item I receive is the wrong one or even faulty?
If the item you receive isn’t the correct one or is faulty we will rectify this for you as quickly as possible. Please complete the form on the reverse of your despatch note, clearly indicating the reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange, and return your parcel to us. Please then reseal the item in it is original packaging. We advise all customers to return goods via recorded delivery and to keep the proof of postage.
